Pengxi County, Suining City, Sichuan Province, is deepening innovation in the agricultural machinery service sector by vigorously cultivating new service entities and exploring a “full-process mechanization + integrated farming” model to enhance efficiency and empower agricultural modernization.

First, standardizing facility construction to improve comprehensive service capacity. The county-owned platform company centrally invests in construction, equips over a hundred sets of advanced agricultural machinery, and signs cooperation agreements with professional operating companies. This expands the service coverage to surrounding townships and neighboring counties, aiming to serve over 100,000 mu annually and lay a solid foundation for full-process mechanization.

Second, linking service content to expand agricultural management coverage. Relying on operations by agricultural machinery professional cooperatives, the focus is on staple crops such as rice and rapeseed. A full-process service system is built, covering everything from agricultural input distribution, planting, pest control, to grain drying and storage. A drying center with a daily processing capacity of 200 tons has been established, alongside socialized services such as seedling delivery and strip intercropping of soybeans and corn, effectively improving the efficiency of comprehensive farming services.

Third, diversifying operational models to strengthen sustainable development momentum. Professional managers are introduced for daily operations, local professional cooperatives are encouraged to participate in coordinated work, and professional agricultural development companies are brought in via leasing for market-oriented operations. This integration of resources and professional management improves the efficiency and effectiveness of the service center.
